On January 6, Yangjiaping Water Plant on the left bank of Xiluodu HPP officially supplied domestic water to Shunjiang Village, Dukou Town, Leibo County. At the opening ceremony of water supply, the three principals of Xiluodu HPP of CYPC, the People's Government of Leibo County and Xiluodu Branch of Three Gorges Ecological Environment Co., Ltd. jointly opened the water supply main valve, and clean water was continuously supplied to the residents' homes in Dukou Town, Leibo County, thus meeting the local people's demand for domestic water. 

While ensuring the safety production of electricity, Xiluodu HPP surveyed the current situation of domestic water and water supply works, explored the feasibility of water supply, improved water supply scheme, optimized and upgraded water supply system, and implemented water-drawing licensing.

At the arrival of the Spring Festival in 2023, the water supply system of Yangjiaping Water Plant on the left bank of Xiluodu HPP was completed and put into use. The water source of the water supply system is from the Jinsha River. The self-flow mode is adopted to minimize the pumping cost. After the sedimentation, filtration, disinfection, detection and other processes, the water supply system is officially supplied to Shunjiang Village, Dukou Town, Leibo County, so that the people can drink safe water.

Xiluodu HPP will further carry out the idea of "building a qualified power station, driving the local economy, improving the local environment, and bringing benefits for local immigrants", shoulder social responsibilities, and support local rural revitalization, thus strengthening local people's sense of fulfillment, happiness and security.
